Hosting this website
This website is prepared for hosting with ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. When you visit, technical connection data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the requested address and browser information are transmitted to the hosting provider. Logging and retention periods depend on the operator’s hosting settings.
Cookies and external content
The public website does not use analytics or marketing services. Images, fonts and scripts are served from this website’s own hosting. A necessary session cookie is used for the admin area and expires with the session. Failed login attempts are recorded using a value derived from the IP address, valid for a 15-minute window. Expired entries are removed the next time a login attempt is checked.
Forum and email sign-in
To write in the forum, you request a one-time code by email. The email is sent through ALL-INKL. Codes are valid for ten minutes, bound to the requesting browser and stored only as a keyed hash. Expired entries are removed on the next code request. Request timestamps and keyed identifiers derived from the email address and IP address limit abuse for 15 minutes. Your account stores a keyed email identifier, display name and joining date; your email address is never displayed publicly. Your topics, replies and display name are public until hidden by the administrator. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for this browser session, for at most 24 hours. Contact support to request account or content removal.
